These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of rankwyze.com and the web design and support services provided by RankWyze (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

Our services

We design and build custom-coded WordPress websites for a one-time build fee, with optional ongoing support for a monthly fee. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and price for your project are defined in a separate proposal or agreement. If anything in that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement controls.

Payment

Our standard offer is a one-time build fee plus an optional monthly support fee. Fees, payment schedule, and any deposit are set out in your project agreement. Monthly support is billed in advance and can be canceled at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.

Project timeline and your participation

We aim to deliver on the timeline stated in your agreement. Timely delivery depends on you providing content, feedback, and approvals when requested. Delays in materials or responses may extend the timeline.

Ownership

When your project is paid in full, you own the final website and its custom code. Third-party components, such as the WordPress core, themes, and plugins, remain subject to their own licenses. We may keep a copy of the work for our records and portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to display it.

Support and maintenance

Our monthly support covers hosting, security, updates, backups, and small content edits as described in your agreement. It does not include new features, redesigns, or large content projects, which we quote separately. If you cancel support, your site remains yours and you are responsible for its hosting and upkeep going forward.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use our site or services for any unlawful purpose, to infringe the rights of others, or to interfere with the operation of our systems.

Disclaimers

We work hard to build fast, reliable websites, but we do not guarantee specific search rankings, traffic, or revenue. Search engines and AI tools change their methods, and results depend on many factors outside our control. Our services are provided on an “as is” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the work giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page with its effective date.
